The farmers have very small land plots under age old terrace farming system, and therefore they can grow their produces in very small quantities. The farmers of the mountains do not use any chemical fertilizers and pesticides in their crops. They use only compost made with cow dung, pine and oak leaves. How to use Himalayan Turmeric (Pahadi Haldi)
Turmeric can be consumed in many ways like Kadha etc., but with warm cow milk (Doodh-Haldi) it is wonderful for entire family health. Maximum 1 small teaspoonful (2-3g), with warm milk.
