Sweet Amla candy is made of fresh green Pahadi Amla (Indian Gooseberry) grown organically in medium altitude hills of Uttarakhand. The Amla pieces are combined with raw sugar, jaggery, and a little bit of rose water for a freshening flavour. This candy is naturally prepared and sun-dried.
